Position: Customer Service Executive

Requirements:
Female (Age 23-50)
1) Work Location: Near Boon Keng and Kallang MRT
2) Working Hours:
Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)
Saturday (9am to 1pm)
3) Fluent in English (speak and write)
4) Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Google Sheets
5) Careful/meticulous in her work
6) Willing to learn
7) Positive attitude
8) Good customer service skills
9) Patient with clients’ enquiries
10) Regular follow ups with clients
Responsibilities:
1) Answer phone calls promptly
2) Reply clients’ emails and whatsapp enquiries promptly
3) Coordinate, receive quotations and close follow-ups with merchants
4) Follow up with clients regarding their enquiries
5) Prepare quotations & invoices
